Prevent your card from being declined/blocked while traveling

Please complete a travel notification if you are planning a trip outside your regular area.  We employ sophisticated fraud security on your card.  Unusual activity outside your regular area may cause your card to be declined/blocked from usage.  Travel notifications can be used for anytime you travel out of your regular area and can be set up in advance of your travel dates.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us prevent fraud.

You can complete a travel notification by speaking with a Member Service Representative.  To get started, simply:

  • Call the credit union and choose option #2
  • Select Services, then Secure Mailbox within Guthrie FCU Online
  • Visit any Guthrie FCU branch location

You will need the following to complete a travel notification:

  • Name (as it appears on your card)
  • Last 4 digits of card number
  • Travel dates (start & end)
  • Destination(s)
  • Contact information while traveling
